Neo Series
Permanent Magnetic Lifting Magnets for flat, rounds and shapes up to 2000/1000kg

The BUX® NEO series incorporates five models: NEO 125, NEO 250, NEO 500, NEO 1000 and NEO 2000 with rated lift capacities up to 2000 kg for flat material and 1000 kg for rounds. These models use powerful Neodymium magnets whose field is controlled by the "ON-OFF" position of the handle.

Neo-HV Series
Permanent Magnetic Lifting Magnets for vertical loading onto machine centers and lathes

These are lifting magnets designed to lift loads from horizontal into vertical position and vice-versa.

The range comprises 2 standard models: NEO-HV 250 and NEO-HV 500 for flat or box shaped workpieces, maximum workload 250 and 500 kg respectively

Lifting arms, HV 250 and HV 500 can be purchased separately and retrofitted to a corresponding, existing NEO magnet.

Plate Lifter
Permanent magnetic handmagnets for flat and metal sheet handling

This lightweight handmagnet, weighing merely 1,5 kg, is designed to pick up and transport thin plate or metal sheet. The pivoting handle allows to transport plates in both horizontal and vertical position and serves also to quickly release the magnet from the workpiece.

The maximum holding capacity of plates in vertical position is 35 kg. The close pole magnetic system allows to pick up single thin, 1 mm and up, metal sheets from the pile.

EPH Series
Electro permanent lifting magnets for flats, rounds and shapes

The BUX® EPH series incorporates four models: EPH-0, EPH-1, EPH-4 and EPH-6 with rated lift capacities up to 750 kg for flat material and 300 kg for rounds. These models use powerful Alnico and ceramic magnets whose field is controlled by a special control system. Two poles allow for handling of plates and other flat materials as well as rounds, like bars and tubes. EPH-0 and EPH-1 come with a separate control. Models EPH-4 and EPH-6 have control incorporated. Remote control station is optional

BM Series
Battery Powered Lifting Magnets for flat material handling up to 5000kg

The BUX® BM series incorporates four models: BM 30-C, BM 55-C, BM 110-C and BM 80-C with rated lift capacities of 1350, 2500, 5000 and 3640 kg respectively. These models have a powerful electro magnet whose field is controlled by the "ON-OFF" position of the button on the controller. Remote control station is optional. Three poles ensure maximum lifting capacity for plates and other flat materials.

BPS Series
Battery Powered Lifting Magnets for flats, rounds and shapes up to 2200kg

The BUX® BPS series incorporates two models: BPS 25-C and BPS 50-C with rated lift capacities up to 2200 kg for flat material and rounds. These models have a powerful electro magnet whose field is controlled by the "ON-OFF" position of the button on the controller. Remote control station is optional. Two V-shaped poles allow for handling of plates and other flat materials as well as rounds, like bars and tubes.

Magnescrap Series
Electro Magnetic Lifting Magnets for nails, bolts, swarf and other loose materials up to 100kg

The BUX® Magnescrap series incorporates two models: Magnescrap 300 and Magnescrap 400 with lift capacities up to 100 kg for loose materials.
