Multi Sheave Blocks

A full range of multi sheave blocks are available from Lifting & Safety Services for both fibre and wire rope.

The following information should be specified when placing an enquiry.

Sheave size. (the outside diameter of the sheave)

Rope type. ie fibre or wire.

Number of sheaves.

Type of bearing: Bronze Bushed, Roller or Tapered Roller.

Type of Hook or Shackle.

Working Load Limit.

Rope Diameter.

Material type and finish.

Application for which the block is required and the type environment in which it is to be used.

Custom Design Blocks also available.

Yale PB Pulley Block
Hinged, with single steel sheave - Capacity 1,000 - 6,400 kg

One side of the Yale pulley blocks is hinged and can be opened for easy and quick positioning of the wire rope on the sheave.

It can also provide a quick and versatile rigging point or redirect a wire rope.

Swinging the hook in the direction of pull securely locks the pulley block. The high quality cast steel sheaves have machined grooves and are fitted with Permaglide® bushes.
