Rollgliss R250 Remote Rescue Kit
Working at height legislation dictates that when a person or persons are exposed to the risk of a fall, rescue and recovery must be planned for. In many situations this means that you must have dedicated rescue kit available.

Immediate Worker Assistance
Someone who remains suspended after a fall risks serious injuries linked to his/her static suspended position, and these can lead to death after a few hours. The portable Rollgliss Rescue Kit is a universal solution and ideal for maintenance work and use on building sites or by groups of people working at height.

Ease of use
The Rollgliss Rescue Kit can be used by anyone who is working at height and does not require any particular rescue skills. You simply find an anchorage point on the structure that is at a maximum of 4.5 m from the person to be rescued. The kit contains a small number of pre-assembled pieces and rescues can be completed in a few simple steps :

Installation of the system.

Connection to the worker using the telescopic rod.

Gentle elevation of the worker using the rigging system.

Disconnection of the worker and controlled dencent.

The R250 Remote Rescue Kit has been developed for the ‘Non-Expert’ rescuer, it is simple to use and, following training, is easy to familiarise yourself with it.

If a worker remains suspended in their harness for even short periods of time, they may suffer the effects of suspension trauma (also known as Orthostatic Intolerance) these effects include unconsciousness, serious injury and even death.

The Suspension Trauma Safety Strap provides the means for a worker who has fallen to stand in their harness, while waiting for rescue. Standing relieves pressure on the legs and prevent the effects of suspension trauma.

The system is compact and lightweight and can be quickly and easily attached to a SALA full body harness, or onto most other harness brands and styles. It can equally quickly and easily be removed from the harness, for inspection of the harness, or to use on another harness.

The innovative design provides extra comfort through the neck, shoulders and back areas. Whilst working the shoulder straps stay where you want them, on the shoulders, they don't slip off. When wearing heavy tool belts, the load is better distributed.

The innovative design means the system packs away into to 2 tiny cases, one each side of the harness, during work the user wont know its there.

The Zipper pack design is durable yet allows for the system to be used in training, and to then be re packed by the user.

An emergency escape device for rapid evacuation of buildings and structures.This Emergency Escape Device is used for automatic, controlled descents from overhead structures, and buildings. The system alternates from clockwise to counter clockwise from descent to descent, thus allowing for multiple descents to occur. The average descent speed 1meter per second.
